Screenshots on Imgur is the safest choice. Or if you have a site with only portfolio and no contact info that should work too. I have seen others do that.

I would say add a spoiler and then line them up with IMGUR BBCODE.

customers want to see some work and feedback from other clients that you did exactly what you were suppose to do in a timely manner. It must also be proven that you focus on the quality of your designs as customers eat for this. They want reassurance that you can do the job as requested. Prove this to them and your reputation will grow.

Making your designs available are crucial to creating a good impression if you plan to have appreciative clients, it tells them what they can expect from you without any hassle. I'd suggest a Behance profile or like the other guy said, imgur. Good luck
