    just bought a new one at 22 for 303k at 64k down like thunder been in apartments went from studio to one bedroom and then after my son two bedroom and then gotta get the house

    heard the market's a complete buyers market rn and mortgages are super low and its still heading downwards probably until march of next year hopefully is when i'll buy mine

    have you looked into solar? my state and a few others have some crazy solar federal breaks right now like $0 down $20/mo

    Yeah i got a 3.4 interest on mortgage which is dope, yes i have looked into solar, it is a hefty price for installation but midwest is good for sun and i can get tax deductions. Market is moving to the suburbs ppl moving out the city
