Witch hunts are fucking stupid, that's what it is. If an innocent gets wronged because of "vigilante justice" the entire herd acts like they did nothing wrong and it was everyone else. Rinse and repeat. As we have seen many and many times over with internet cancel culture. Radicalism is bad. Nothing in this universe is good in extremes.

Say what you want about how bad the justice system is, but at least you get your "fair" day in court before you get cancelled.

I share some core philosophies with what he is saying, but the problem with cancel culture is they want you to conform to their ideas and beliefs or you're cancelled instead of accepting people for who they are. Cancelled from having a job, cancelled from making a living, cancelled from having a life. For example, saying the phrase "That is fucking retarded." will get you cancelled. Even if you never have called a mentally handicapped person a "retard," even if the context literally gives nothing to be offended about, everyone hides behind this PC and SJW "woke" culture of fear. The people who get the offended the most are the ones who have the least to be offended but jump at the opportunity to be offended for you. The ideas behind the movements are good, but its mutated way beyond what the intent was for.

For example, the nazi dog guy, cancelled for years over a dumb joke of a video.
