paypal limiting my accounts

i dont get it, i just lost $100 to paypal they limited both of my accounts
all i did was refunding on both of them once
on my main i refunded a few times already and nothing happened to it.
the worse is that i can't use the main one because it's blacklisted on the site i use to refund.
what should i do?

Were you using a personal account or one you bought? If you were using a personal account, there are sellers on this site that offer paypal account packages with everything you need, the bank account and even telephone.
