Almost, it is (I think) the same as block SS. It makes people that are trying to take a screenshot of you hacking lag really badly. Basically, it allows you to hack without much of a risk of getting banned.

Edit: @koral13: DO NOT SPAM. Be patient and grateful that you are getting hacks in the first place. Coders spend a LOT of time making these hacks for us, so be thankful or gtfo.

Few hours, give or take. It depends on if a mod is online, and how long it takes a mod to see the new post. Mods are usually pretty busy.
