Paypal limited

My paypal account was limited after i won a unauthorized chargeback. Now it has 500€ in balance, but i can't do anything with it. It also has my real name and phone number and also i'm under 18 and i don't have a passport (but i have an id card). Can someone remove the limitation for me for a fee? What should i do?

nevermind i changed the password and limitation went away.

Weird that the limitation went away after password change, good for you. In case it stayed limited or it still happens to be, you can just wait 180 days from the limitation and after that you are able to withdraw by linking a card/bank account. Thread closed.
