@BABIBETOL "Always dc" meaning it disconnects how? It just drops the connection? Takes you back to the main menu? Like wtf do you mean?
This cheat has nothing to do with your connection, the only thing that this cheat affects is your client-side memory of the exe. If you disconnect with the timeout message in top right or left (dont remember which) then the problem is your own connection

Make sure to run the cheat after loading into a match, and your computer just might not have enough processing power to use this. Since this is a external cheat, this cannot piggyback on csgo.exe like internal cheats

It does work. Tested at 1/8/2020 at 12:08 AM GMT+3. Just run it after loading into a match.
It baffles me just how fucking hard is to read.

Hello dear brother. If your cheat doesn't work, make sure you run the cheat after loading the MAP. If it is don't work again, which is impossible, maybe you ran it on WARMUP. Let me give you an advice: make a quick ALT+TAB and run hack after warmup ended. (You have exactly 15 seconds, because it's freezetime. You know.) And YAY! hack works for you now. I use it normally (without admin privileges), so i suggest you to run it without admin privileges. (it saves time for real.)
