This proves that people cannot send movies/videos of u hacking and expecting them to review it.

BUT..

But people can report a cheat. As quoted

Well... i have checked the site and i cannot find where it says something like REPORT CHEATERS..

I only found this on VACBANNED.COM

If you find any cheats, please, send them to us at contact@vacbanned.com. The cheats will then be forwarded to Valve.

Which is correct steam does accept people sending in cheats/new cheats. So they can ban our asses. But this does not mean they will Report a Cheater...

If you use External, they won't catch you, but as far as I know, it worked for few guys.
Also their VAC-Banned users list it's always up to date.

They hacked --> Got reported --> On 22nd that month they got banned.
I have no ideea what hacks they used.

I got an VAC Banned account and I found it there a little after I have been banned. xD

But I thdon't know, the more I think about it, the more I realize it is bullsh*t.
