Specialist Outfit Changer / "Unlock" All Specialist Outfits
First release I've ever made and also the first "trainer" like program I've made. This sets your current outfit to whatever you choose for every specialist. This lets you use Hero, or any of the DLC outfits without owning/earning them. It doesn't specifically unlock them, but you can use them and it syncs to the servers so you can keep it equipped until you change the outfit to something else.
Also, this only sets the outfits for PUBLIC MATCH. The offsets for Custom Games/Arena are different and I was too lazy to find them so I might update this with CG/Arena support later. The console window prints the current value for every specialist's "body" outfit so you can use that to find offsets, I guess. I only kept it in because TAC goes nuts if you use debug functions in visual studio.
