Reviews from beta playtime showcase textures downgrade compared to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). But we know it's beta and stuff can change prior to official launch date. I will buy it, I have all of them anyway and I love CoD's campaign style, with cutscenes and such.... will support the game.

If nothing changes, it can be said graphic downgrade.

I don't think it's a "downgrade" it's just a different art direction, which is usually the case with Treyarch games and past black ops. It looks more cartoony than photorealistic. I wouldn't really say that's a downgrade, just different.
