You either forgot to change the header or to fix the crc32. Recheck both.

I simply can't convert that IWI file to .dds, I put it on ,,dds2iwi'' instead of ,,iwi2dds'' , and nothing happens!

EDIT: I tried with another 2 convertors, still not working.
EDIT 2: Solved it! God damn it, it took me a while.

i use CS5... It is personally my favorite, even though it just came out

yeah cs5 is really good and its free (portable version) , i recommend u guys to use PS to edit your thingies

my custom one is 1.398.156 Bytes the normal one was 1.048.616 Bytesafter fixxing it with the crc32 fixer. Did i did something wrong? o.o

crc32 says:

Found 1 files in C:\Users\Basti\Desktop\Custom Camo\Scope\wanted\a
Fixing file \scope_overlay_m40a3_1024#0.iwi...

so it should've be right :/

u have to save your image (dds) with no mip mapps in PS as show in this image

Edit: Okay, somehow i mixed up my modded files and the original ones,

can someone please upload the scope_overlay_m40a3_1024#0.iwi for me? ^^

i did replace first two lines, put in the third line four 00 deleted last 4 bytes and ran CRC32 Fixer it completed i used winrar put it in the archive and ran the game

Ok in the step where you drag the .iwi files into the original folder, the next step says it makes a dds file. I don't see the dds file...

use the iwi_x_dds to convert to an .dds file, maybe the file popped up in the folder where you have your tools. check that

maybe u didnt put it in right iwd archive? or save like d x t 1 - rgb - no alpha - mip mapps ?
