Totally Unfair Ban Appeal for "PsychoChester"

Hey! This is my friend's account, I want to ask for a ban appeal.


I Got banned for "Distributing Dscord Links"

First of all, How am I supposed to sell my Software without providing ANY link?

Second of all, EITHER way, I am going to provide a link for downloading, the source of downloading my software is Disc-rd...

Thirdly, I'm sure that others, such as iCatalystic and Microsoft uses the same way and yet they are still not banned.


Now I know disco'd is not a way of dealing, But once payment is done on MPGH, I provide them with their PRODUCT, using Disco.d I don't deal/do Payments OUTSIDE MPGH. If you have found me dealing outside of MPGH, then sure, go ahead keep the ban, but you will not find ANY record of me dealing on Disc-rd.

From the report received it seemed like you were using a Dis cord server for more than just "distributing" your software. Also, you can use other download links to distribute it not necessarily invite people to a server.

I'm pretty sure Dis cord use won't be allowed but download links will obviously need to be permitted. I'll double check on it though.

My server is only for the software. That's it, I don't know who claimed that my server has more than that... I can provide audit logs from dscord, and screenshots. I can invite you myself and set you as Administrator to look for yourself. Also I know, For updates, what can I do? I tell everyone come to IM so I can provide update everytime? That would take years and I would get spammed! Also some people have troubles with software auto updating so I don't use it!

Also when I started, I didn't use dscord. I used an userside license protection...

When others started posting their software with dscord links, I started doing that too...


EDIT: And how can you guys ban someone without proper proof? Like whoever reported me must have some proof for the "more than the software" right? Also this software is about dscord..... How am I not allowed to demonstrate using dscord? I test the software using dscord for them.........

Yeah they said Software for Sale isn't an excuse or exemption for distributing Dis cord or other links. Outside download links will be allowed. Maybe we'll make a requirement to use only approved outside download links, like mega, to ensure that people are distributing through safe mediums that aren't sketchy or filled with adware.
