Proceeding with asking EnergyNess to handle a paypal claim for me. Originally asked another forum user to handle things, but they've gone AWOL when my order arrived. So I was panicking a bit trying to find someone else who says they could handle the UK retailer I've used (on completion of the transaction I'll name who).
EN was very quick to respond and friendly and requested I use a middleman service for security reasons as I'm a new account. While some might not want an extra step, this shows they value their own security and mine. Happy to do so, so I've currently asked a staff member to handle a BTC transaction.
I'm new to all of this, so fingers crossed it all goes well, but so far EN has answered all questions quickly and friendly
