Modding tools

[Abstract]

Well i decided to post some modding tools where you dont need to use a hex editor and some other things.

Whats in it:
Dds2iwi_mw2
Ddds2ivi_cod4
Iwi_X_dds
PakScape
Crc32 Calculator

Credits

The other things: SupernovaAO and some other people

Tutorial:

1. Find your .iwi file and open up Iwi_x_dds and pu the file there. Make sure you check the "Convert dropped files." This will autoconvert them to where the .iwi you chosed is.



2. Now open it and edit it in photoshop.
Save it whne your done as a .dds file.

3. Now we can open up Dds2iwi_mw2
On the option DDS2IWI-COD4 choose the DDS2IWI-COD4 in the same folder.
Now choose the Convert file and choose your dds file.



4. Check the Fix crc32 and open up the crc32 program.
Put the original .iwi in the box and copy the crc32, paste it in to DDS2IWI-MW2 and press convert.



5. Now open up PakScape and choose your IW_xx file and hit save.
Your textures now should work online
