Did you watch the fucking videos that CNN is calling "doctored videos"? They have fucking meme creator tags on the fucking videos because they are literally fucking memes.

CNN is taking them seriously as if Trump is trying to manipulate people, when anyone with a fucking braincell can tell they are fake and are intended to be funny.

A meme is obvious satire, this is a doctored video with zero "memeability" being reshared out of context MULTIPLE TIMES by Trump with the intent to mislead people e.g. "China must be drooling". I follow trump's tweets and saw the tweet myself, and was confused if Biden really did it when I saw it. I had to read the comments to see if it was manipulated, and low and behold, a bunch of brainless retards bashing Biden and believing this video Trump is sharing as authentic truth, and some others calling him out on his edited video. I don't know who "THE UNITED SPOT" is, nor do I give a fuck, Trump got his intended audience riled up. That isn't a meme, its manipulation and got flagged by twitter as such, and the creator's twitter got shutdown. Of course in your eyes, one video having a content creator tag is expandable to ALL videos being shown with content creator tags and them all being memes when Trump goes on stage and blatantly misleads people saying ~[Biden wants to defund the police and he said so!]
