Guy trolled with my Lenovo order, contacted him multiple times. Communication was good, but my order was not resolved. It's been 30 days since my order has shipped with no resolution. First time I contacted I was told to wait 18 days, I waited 18 days and contact him back, and he didn't respond. I'm now out of the return window to return my item, and not sure what else to do now.

I didn't answer you the moment you wrote? So what?
I told you there was no way of knowing whether the order would succeed or not.
Lenovo messed up not me. You knew the risks going in. You gave me the OK sign to attempt to refund it.
There is always risks in refunding. I literally told you that all you can do is wait and see. You could have changed your mind, but you didn't.
I have been trying to resolve it through other means on my side and get you your refund. Yet you go and claim I "trolled" you, when you KNEW it might not go through.
