    Trade details: Best Buy CA refund

    Comments/Information (Involving how you got scammed or what happened, do not put in unnecessary comments): Deal was made on september 8. That's when he sent me the "confirmation" screenshots and told me I had to pay. 2 days later I got got an email from BestBuy telling me to wait 7-10 business days and i confronted him about it. This was when he started acting all defensive saying he has a private life and that im 'too stressed'. Just general timewasting/bullshitting behavior.

    He told me its normal for bestbuy CA to be like this and the delay is normal. I mistakenly decided to trust him because he had good vouches and i wasnt aware of the scam reports and waited for what is a total of 7 weeks at this point. He has massively fucked me over because I can not return it either because he lied about refund failing and 1 month has obviously passed.

    Sorry for late response, wasn’t able to use my PC. First off all order is not failed so why I am supposed to be refund user? This process is typical for Best Buy CA and I have done so many orders. I did contact this company yesterday and they said that refund is still in the process and they are working on it. What should we do?

    I did record my call with em and I already sent it to customer. You can pretty clear understand from that - refund is not failed at all. The speed how they are working is terrible but that is not my fault huh.

    dude the rep confirmed my email 4 weeks ago and he hasnt sent me shit. I was also told i would get an email from him last friday or today and I have nothing.... its like this every single week so its failed. Also since 2 weeks ago I've been getting told im on "priority" but they still havent done anything.

    If the refund is failed, Best Buy ALWAYS send you an email saying that investigation is over and they won't provide any refunds/replacements. This case is still running, so I kindly ask this week and if they don't fix it I'll refund customer, thanks.

    No fuck you for trying to make me wait another week. You are just stalling again. A best buy CA order should never take 2 months. I want my money back today so I can get someone who actually cares about refunding the order. @RespectNF

    How can you say that? I've made multiple calls to get this shit done. I won't refund anything if the refund is not failed. I'll give a call later today and update you guys how it goes.

    Yes I just called them. So basically what the rep said was that he is confused why the refund hasn't been processed already but he saw that this case was forwarded to higher department and they are working on it. He also contacted with the supervisor to speed up this process so I think it's gonna be resolved this week. ALSO, they issued a 20% discount for customer to his next purchase up to $200 because of this long wait. I do have voice record from this call if customer needs it. As you can see I am doing my best, appreciate it.
