IM Improvements

Hi,

There are quite a few things that are missing from IM that if added would greatly improve the IM feature.

1. Create a mobile friendly version...

2. Add the ability to leave an initial message when you add someone. The amount of times I add someone for something and then have to wait 18 hours or so to ask them my question then by that time I've already done someone else or forgotten what I wanted to ask...

3. Add the ability to leave a note on a conversation so you can easily find the conversation. For example if I buy NordVPN from someone with warranty and I need a replacement I have to remember who I purchased it from or check every single conversation for it

4. Add the ability to search through all your chat messages. I've wanted to do this a lot because I can remember what was said but can't find who or where the message was.

5. If someone deletes you from IM you should still be able to see your conversation, I've purchased a few items in the past with warranties and after so long they have deleted my from IM and now I don't remember who it was so I can get the account warrantied.


Hopefully you can agree these are useful changes and some can be added.

We can work on adding a lot of these features, some of which have been started. But currently @Dave84311 has been rewriting the chat and I'm not sure what the status or ETA on that is, but any new features will probably have to come after that is done.

Yep, I understand that

I posted another thread the other day needing some help and it appears to have been deleted without any notification to me for the reason why... I was needing help with IM Chat because I again have lost access to some private messages with someone (can't remember who) who I purchased services from with warranty and it appears they've cleaned out their IM and deleted me from the list so I can't contact them for warranty...
