since i'm looking for paypal accounts i seller "starlike"(https://www.mpgh.net/forum/member.php?u=4691972) contacted me and promised me to give aged paypal account.and asked to send amount in btc or paypal payment as to send in "friends and family " option since my country paypal doesn't have that option i agreed to pay in btc for $69 and sent amount 3 days ago,after sending amount in btc he is ignoring my messages and not responding

so how can i believe the sellers here in this marketplace? i've been scammed $69 in first transaction in this marketplace

I don't have any idea what you are saying. There are many fake accounts of imposters. It must be an imposter of "Starlike" who scammed you.
