So we are about to release our first menu hack, and it does kind of look like firegod's but it is not leeched cause it does have a new feature in it "Anti-Report." So, since my own menu got deleted I want to know if I can actually post this hack.

There's nothing saying that you can't release it, it stops the report or causes an error when someone sends a report to nexon in a game, channel, server, world. This should answer your question I don't know how the code works ask the experts for that.
