    Exclamation IM button does not show without VPN

    I found my issue. My IM button has been out for weeks now. I tried to use VPN, and the IM button showed up. Please fix this issue

    You'll need to add birdie.im to your ISP firewall.

    Your ISP is currently blocking the connection so that's why you can only access it with a VPN.
