Getting money back from banned paypal

Not sure if possible but thought id ask, just had a paypal banned with money on it. Wondering if anyone is able to help get the money off rather then wait 6months.

Refund some transactions to people you know etcc and get them to send the money to your new paypal.

if its not asks for phone verificaiton it is possible.

As i heard when need to add new bank with paypal they ask verification code/ call.
But some also able to bypass via paypal call and convince them.
So my query do you have such exp. ?

its happen but with support its very low chance you can solve. most of the time if you add usa bank account not virtual one. you will be asked to get code from that bank account (mini deposits amount) after adding it its officialy linked to your accunt and you can get money out of account.

there are many chances you cant get anything. even on real account but most of us using stealth paypals thats make work more hard. but its possible for sure
