Bitcoin is a intangible commodity, made out of 1s and 0s. The price of bitcoin is only worth what idiots are willing to pay for it, the blockchain technology IS a huge leap and a technological advancement that can make payments and transactions in a recorded block. However, people forget that bitcoin in itself does nothing, you cant touch it you cant melt it, it cant be used for things like gold, silver, oil, it is literally a bunch of pixels. And here is how the whales make a killing off the gullible who think they can make it rich on bitcoin; did you guys know that over 70% of all btc and maybe even all crypto is owned by less than 1100 people, most of them being exchanges, world leaders trying to skirt embargoes and commit fraud like russia and its great interest in eth, and north koreas too! The problem w bitcoin is that the big players including satoshi himself who fyi has billions in a unmoved wallet that could theoretically destroy bitcoins economy if its found, or proved to be lost, control the flow of the commodity, everytime bitcoin goes down or up its usually influenced by the whales, big sales and dumpings at the largest scales, artificially inflate the currencies value, bitcoin is the only currency in the world in which one day it can be worth 15000 and the next day it drops to 3000, that volatility is not chance, these whales force a dip, buy the dip and then unload when its up, CRYPTO IS NOT A WORTHWHILE INVESTMENT! IT is a bubble. Every actual finance advisor or person who knows his shit that I know advise to keep what you can afford to lose in crypto, cause other than that its basically gambling, less so then stocks as this is a decentralized system, where even a slight mispelling of the address can mean you lose your funds. Tons and tons of bitcoin is gone to time every year by people losing it, sure it can up the price, but when the price is controlled and for the benefit of the big players who own billions out of the market cap it is literally a pyramid scheme. They force the dip, gullible idiots then sell their crypto, and then buy into it thinking they will make millions off of a measily initial investment, and just like magic its back to where it was, and boom coinbase just made over a million dollars off of the unfortune of those trying to invest, if these whales rly got together which im sure they already do, they can single handedly cause the crash of the currency, and its inflation. There is no accountability with crypto, the laws dont protect you like a traditional investment, there is no government entity that ensures no fraud, or illegal activity is happening, and that hits on my next topic, CRYPTO IS KNOWN TO THE GOV AS A TAX EVASION, DRUG DEALING, ILLEGAL ACTIVITY COMMODITY. YOU CANNOT GET AWAY WITH MAKING TONS OF CRYPTO WITHOUT UNCLE SAM GETTING HIS CUT OR KNOWING ITS YOU. The dea and the feds have already made technology that tracks bitcoin transactions, its been deployed alrdy, and exchanges are forced to report to the gov on what you buy how much and when and where its sent. Monero adopted a more anonymous system but just like btc the gov wont let you slide, they have a way of tracking it already. BANKS DONT LIKE CRYPTO, THEY DONT WANT YOU OWNING IT AND THEY WILL QUESTION YOU! Just the fact that the government, the institutions and the traditional investment firms advise against bitcoin is a red flag, not just that but crypto wallets are being drained every day by hackers, and since you fuckers arent fdic insured you have no where to go. Just saying, keep crypto for 5 years max, at 10% or less of your savings. If any. IF YOU TRULY WANNA BUY CRYPTO, DONT BUY BTC! Buy an emerging coin with scientific backing, like what i did with chainlink i made over 30k on chainlink buying it at cents. At a first mover advantage you can have a chance of making a return, but if you dont have tons of money to invest btc aint for u fam
