Unban Request for God Zeus

Hello, I'm making a request to unban my account: @God Zeus (https://www.mpgh.net/forum/member.php?u=4099674)
Unfortunately, I got COVID-19 and I was in a serious health condition, this made me be away from my PC for a while.
When I came back, my account was banned since a costumer had a minor issue with my service and I couldn't get back to him in time. This is the thread: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1513342
I'm back home now, I've tried to reach @Swerve111 for a few weeks but haven't been successful, so I decided to post this and tag him so he can see this and get back to me so I can help him and everyone else that has any issues or needs further support from my services. Once I get a hold of my costumer I'll update this with the refund proof or solution and any other extra information.

Thank you for the help, he's been absent for a week, last time before that, he was gone for 4 weeks, but I have no problems waiting for him. If there is a way to unban my account so I can get back to other costumers that need my help in the meanwhile and I can answer to him once he's back as well that will help me a lot. However, if it is necessary to wait for him to get online then I have no issues as well.
