Sorry for the lack of transparency everyone, first time doing this and am trying my best. I didn't mean to raise any suspicion, but hopefully, this helps clear things up.

The reason the NodeBB stuff is kind of expensive is because none of the developers have experience with it beforehand and sometimes their documentation is incomplete, requiring more time and work.

I'll provide more progress updates as I can when anything is done. Some of it has already been posted on MPGH. For those things yet to be started payments haven't been made and those are estimates.

So everyone can keep track, I've updated and organized everything that @Jov's donations and public donations have been spent on, or planned to be spent on, so far.

Hello, here with a small update since it's a visual one everyone can see. Aspects for customization are pretty much done now. Since we won't be having image titles anymore, badges and text titles will be replacing them. You can have multiple badges depending on your group. Badges on the left are for staff positions, and the right for other groups.

A custom text title with a colour can be set, these will probably follow the same rules as we have had for these changes. You can see the changes in action here

Also, if you can have the quote/reply, thanks and any button really on the bottom of the post container and not on the side, that might make the interface easier on the eye. Just my 2 cents

This was @Dave84311 and @arunforce suggestion to have everything on the top to have a more linear experience, which makes sense to me too. Right now there is no bottom post container, with the exception of threaded replies.

Really? To me it's like, reading a long post and then thanking it right at the end, so it fits for the button to be on the bottom, instead of scrolling all the way back up, thank the post, then scrolling back down again.

Also not having the top part cluttered with text. To me personally, a linear experience is my eye finding things where they need to be, not all in one place like below.

we can play with the design depending on how it performs.
we might want a bottom bar or jump to post's top button if the view is confusing

There were some complications with the previous person who was working on it, so a lot of time was lost. I didn't post here, but I'm waiting on another team to get started on it soon now. They've been given all the details already. Just need to confirm.

I must say, I'm extremely excited to see these upgrades followed through. Quality work takes time.
As far as the logo goes, it looks like an phone apps logo lol not bad but just wish it kept the whole MPGH.
