Facing the same issues with this guy @crazyseller

Long story short, I received an email from Adobe regarding a non-genuine key and my account's plan will be removed in a few days. I contacted thetechiepanda for help, suggested to contact Adobe regarding the issue and has stated his clients faced the same problem but managed to get away with it so I did the same but the outcome was different. Contacted thetechiepanda again but he said that his warranty or replacement or refund period has ended and only provides support until key activation while his thread says that there is no risk and it will last a whole year.

I'm not saying he is scamming but the misinformation regarding these keys and thread details just makes me lose trust. I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible because I'm using it for work purposes.

While the key is suppose to last 12 months, but my warranty and support is limited to 24 hours from the time of purchase till it is redeemed on buyer's Adobe account. I or any buyer have no control towards what Adobe decides to do with these codes.

Unfortunately this is not the 1sr time @Banana has issues. I have clearly sold codes mentioning the codes are edu and few apps access might not be present. But he had raised this with Halos and I bare the loss and gave him another code to test and see if he gets access to the apps that are not part of edu.

I have advertised it that the code last 12 months with warranty from my side limited to 24 hours only. Only if I had a control towards what Adobe decides to label these codes as, then I should have offered that sort of additional warranty. Unfortunately I did not misled anyone and have specifically told all that my warranty is till the code is redeemed. Once the code is redeemed and account has subscription the warranty moves to Adobe as I am not Adobe or a part of Adobe.

I just resell these codes like many other sellers!

so what is the warranty if they don't work for 12m that you said it would?

@Azerila While there is a mention of the codes to offer 12m subscription, risk free. The later part of the thread talks about warranty and TOS. Unfortunately I have got no control on what Adobe plans to mark these codes as later. My FAQ point 4 states about 24 hours warranty and TOS point 2 states no refunds or replacement once the code is purchased and redeemed on account.

What Adobe to plans to do with these codes after they are redeemed is under Adobe terms and condition. I am just a reseller who is trying to resell the product here.

I am unable to offer replacement or refund. If the code did not work after 5-6 months of being redeemed on the account then it is Adobe and the buyer's concern.

@Azerila thank you for explaining this again. I intend to offer no refund/replacement while I understand the thread states 12m plan on redemption but the 12m are offered by Adobe and not by me. I only offer those codes using which one can claim a prepaid subscription of 12m and the warranty to these codes is limited to 24 hr.

About the thread details, I am more than happy to close the sale and move on as I don't have any stock to offer. I don't intend to scam anyone here or anyone for that matter of fact.

If we all sit and start scanning thread on sales forum we can find threads having such incorrect advertisment.

I have read other forums too and found out that these could be phishing mails with fake sender details shown as that of Adobe as the mail has old Adobe Logo and the language is not that of a native English speaker. As a good will I have done everything to support @Banana.

about your thread, if you like to continue with your shop I don't sell a problem with it just need a few edits to make sure customers know what they buy.

about incorrect advertisement this what happened when someone do they get reported and will hold responsible for that.

about this report as I said before first will be a new key if you don't do that or don't have it anymore it would be a refund as the key was working for a few months it won't be a full refund but a partial refund

@Azerila, thank you for your revert. But here is the thing.

I have already offered him two keys at the price of one as he didn't read the thread correctly. So I already have beared a loss of 1 code = 51 USD (price then) and again now offering a partial refund.

Unfortunately I am not making any good out of this.
