Users are getting http error 500

A lot of people told me in last 2 days that they are getting error 500 on my thread and some others, some say all threads are not working, some say only most of mine.
For me it works fine, but I asked someone else to screenshot issue:

It seems that it is a common problem and the only thing i can find is for users to clear their history,cache and cookies data as is suggested.
