Get 15 posts, without spamming of course, and then you can either choose to get Premium Seller, or you can go without this rank to sell your service. Premium Seller has its benefits and usually gets you more customers.

First, increase your post count to fifteen in order to send PMs.
Then, you can go the Marketplace and sell your items.
However, since what you seem to offer is a service, you will need to do a giveaway before opening a shop.
You can also purchase and upgrade your account to Premium Seller.
