Visual Changes on Player Models

Hello there, i would like to know if it is possible to change the Player Colours To a Very Bright Green, Blue or Pink in Multiplayer, with manipulating the correct Files.
I can remember there was something like this in MW3.
Im Relativly new to this, so please dont eat me alive

Sadly i cant, there was a underground community back in MW3 times, they sold it for 10 bucks with support as long as the game lasts, but i cant remember the site T_T, yet i dont think they are even doing stuff anymore....

I just hope someone can help out
