It is just me or does this hack make you jump a little higher?

Well I did everything i was supposed to and got to the point where I can play combat arms...just not hack...which was all I wanted to do. Any suggestions as to why they dont work? I'm using Red Dragon 5.7 as my injector and this hack usually tried others but none work.

2. Do you have the latest .Net Framework (4.0)
3. What OS do you have (vista, xp, 7)
4. Can you hold the button down for a few seconds to turn it on/off?
