MPGH Forum Upgrade - New Skin Preview

I cannot believe I have lived up to this point.
Software upgrade is a great news which has been requested over and over again.
This website is utterly slow because of outdated stuff and old tech.

However, the new skin seems like to be made by some newb frontend developer with no experience whatsoever.
With full respect - it looks shitty AF xD...
Who tf thinks that gradient buttons (to this extend) look good in 2020.
This new theme has no touch into it - it's very 'template-y' and it looks bad :[

If this becomes a main theme (at its current stage) this will be a massive downgrade to a current MPGH which already suffers a lot.
Please, don't make it happen.

Why won't MPGH hire some real frontend dev with all the donations it gathers - I can imagine it's quite some money.
I feel like the donations are not used in a good way.
MPGH would rather hire some free dev and cheapo on stuff which makes me sad.

Not sure why you're agreeing to disagree. Both of our perspectives can coexist, you can dislike something without coming off rude AF but to each their own. I'm not really an emotional person so I can't empathize with you. You can dislike certain aspects of someone's work and at the same time not shit on the effort they put into that work. There's a distinction but I guess emotions can make one tunnel visioned. Like I said... if you're gonna insult someone's work at least be man enough to say it with your chest and not backpedaling after you've done it haha. I just don't like it when people are flippey floppey inney outey uppey downey wishey washey.

I'm just trying to explain why people are "trashing" this. We've waited long enough for something like this and what we get is something that looks like it took 5 minutes to make, no offense. We both are disagreeing on the "criticism" @Solaris gave. You think he was rude but honestly I feel like its the truth. But I've gave my opinion on it before him but now I'm trying to defend the people taking hate for giving their honest thoughts, rude or not. Thanks
