Yup, there has been a CS:GO 18mb patch, so the cheats got broken.

Why do the cheats turn off when I alt-tab?

I don't know.. I used alt + tab a lot while testing this cheats and didn't get this issue.
Maybe it depends on OS version or smth, I'll try to fix this later
