ive been excited for the game since i saw the teaser in 2013, a bunch of the early-access players are saying that it's quite buggy but i dont think they got the Day 0 / Next Gen Console patch that eliminated alot of the bugs

and tbh, i dont give a fuck about a new game having bugs, but something to keep in mind

Games have stagnated-for me- beyond reason. The last game that hyped me up was witcher 3, granted it was by the same company. Same company doesn't mean same level of enjoyment. I made a post a while back about games not doing it for me anymore. In the last few years games have really lost their charm. I am waiting for full VR honestly. I kind of am over normal games.

From seeing the review megathread, its people saying its the best game that they have ever played,l and then its people complaining about the bugs and shit. Some complained aobu the game not caring about LGBTQ about it. Some complained about it being to long. Some complained about them not being able to talk to a random food stall.

Most peoplie discount it for its bugs. But i dont think the journalists know what they are talkinga bout. RPG and open world games have always been full of bugs. Skyrim, Fallout 4, Oblivion. They all have massive amounts of bugs. I dont think these jounalistrs are used to the RPG genre. Bugs are expected, and I have a much higher tolerance than others. Just my two cents.

On a pure story perspective, and how immersive this game is with the choices and how they matter? This game is flawless.

They have clarified, this isnt a FPS, its a RPG. The story is what you have to pay attention to.

Seems even the latest cards are having issues hitting 60 fps if you're playing at ultra with ray tracing at 4k? If you have a 3080 or 3090 should be just fine playing ultra with ray tracing on 1440p. For those with 1080p monitors, if you got any rtx card, you're probably fine. I believe devs are doing optimizations and bug fixes on release though so we'll see what happens. If you don't play games at max settings, you can ignore this post.
