Cant access MPGH 50% of the time some type of Misconf Redis error

Never had problem logging in before and never with my PC nor internet (not sure if this is the problem). I just moved to a new house a week ago and I am forced to use Comcast as Verizon is not available (I had Verizon) which I never had issues.

Trying to log onto this site 50 % of the time it works and the other 50% of the time it don't I get error message is it:

That's server/forum error, I got that before too, got nothing to do with your internet...
