iirc they store hwid. Use a different phone or spoof it (android) and use privacy.com card. First order / ride make sure it is not from/to the banned address

They store HWID, and also IP. Just spoof it, and starting from Android 11 they can't store HWID anymore so you are safe there. Use a VPN, and a Privacy.com (or Revolut VCC if you are in EU) and you are ready to go.

My friend got his account banned from Uber (eats) because he took advantage of them having some kind of error with promotion codes so basically he was eating unlimited meals for like $1-3 (meals worth of $20-30 etc.) and once they discovered that they banned his account. We made another with some diff data, but same hardware so I don't think they store hardware info.
