    Ban Appeal - CYBERPVNK

    Well, I really did not want it to come to this as MPGH is my all time favorite forum, but oh well.

    I was just recently banned for a user not receiving his Dell Alienware gaming monitor that he ordered from my SE service. I dont know if you guys understand how dell works, but they can be extremely unpredictable when it comes to support. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes they are slow. In this particular user's case, they were slow, so I had the SEer I paid redo the order for him sometime around Thursday or Friday after this report was opened. I was told tracking in 24 hours, so I told staff and the customer that here. The weekend hits, dell doesnt work on the weekends. They dont provide tracking and now were are at this point. I think its extremely unfair to ban me when there is literally nothing I can do to make dell work on weekends. I mean I even provided the order I'd and a screenshot of the order in progress. He will get this monitor, it's just a matter of time, at most a few more days. I have been pushing and pushing this SEer we pay to get this specific order done so much to the point I've annoyed him, because I really did not want to get banned in MPGH. I'm no scammer and I care about my rep greatly. I even paid back another customer just today $450 total for what I owed him just to stay unbanned on here. Is there anything we can do at this point to get my account unbanned?

    I think this seller is having trouble understanding that I paid him via BTC currency. I don’t use USD to pay him because I’m in a different country. I paid him 0.0474btc, that is the currency we used. I showed him screenshots before sending him that amount and was very clear the currency we were using during payment. On the scam report and on chat, I sent him the amount in btc that he owed me. I made it very clear it was 0.02727 btc and he just sent me partial amount.

    I am still owed 0.01682 btc. He is not refunding original paid amount. I paid in BTC currency.

    If he sends the remainder, this will be resolved. He knew the method was patched 1 day after ordering and I have screenshots posted, that’s when the refund was due. He held the money for several weeks and paid back a partial.

    I dont owe the user above me anything else. He paid around $950 USD via btc and we paid back $950 USD via btc. Now hes trying to get an additional $500 out of us just because btc went up. We are not responsible for the rise or decrease of BTC after he pays us. Once he pays us, it is our money at that point. We are not middlemen and we did not hold his btc in a btc wallet or profit off it at all. At this point hes trying to scam me. I paid him back exactly what he paid me in USD. Please get this guy off my ass as hes starting to really annoy me.

    As for the other guy, I still owe him a monitor or a refund. I am currently in the process of having his dell order complete. The SEer is on it, as mentioned in my thread.

    You are refunding back in USD when payment happened in BTC. After I ordered, just one day later you told me the method was patched. The refund was due then. You held my money for several weeks. Stop trying to refund me a different amount then the amount I paid. I paid via BTC and want the original amount I paid refunded back in BTC.

    You still owe me 0.01682 btc. That money could’ve stayed in my wallet instead you held it

The reason I’m upset is that if he refunded me when he was supposed to, the btc amount would’ve stayed in my wallet and I wouldve been able to invest in it. He held me up and potentially took any profits which I find is very unfair.

    @Flengo I’m not trying to be greedy, I just want the amount I paid in the currency we used to be refunded back. This refund should’ve been given 3 weeks ago. He just took my crypto and profited off of it. This is really unfair to me

    So, I really want to say before the end of this week, but Dell is very unpredictable. By the end of Monday the 10th (under a week from now) I would say is fair. The order is being worked on by our SE'er. I can provide you the case ID and screenshots of the emails like I did a different staff member before I was banned if you would like? Just so you know we are actually doing something here.

    FYI, after this order and some other orders clear up/complete, we are going to stop using these providers or a 3rd-party all together.

    After a fair bit of consideration, I can understand both arguments. We're changing the rules so that the decision on this is flexible, and buyers know exactly what to expect before purchasing.

    Well, glad something "good" could come out of this fiasco. I personally did clearly state USD and never once mentioned FIAT at all during our exchange. Either he is confused or he knows what he is doing. Regardless, I don't need to pay him anything else in this case still, correct?

    Can you please reconsider this outcome? How can it be fair that 1 day after paying him, he tells me method is unavailable and instead of refunding me, he holds on to the money for 3 weeks. That’s a very long time and that money could’ve stayed in my wallet. I was also being upfront about BTC and told them exact amounts I was paying. This is where it’s really unfair to me.
