[RELEASE FSP] Upgraded P90 (Better RoF, New sound, New scope)

Made it so it can be good in cqc and medium range. The scope is more accurate and has more FoV than the old scope making you more accurate shooting at far lengths + the P90 has low recoil. I also changed the sound since the old sound was amazingly stupid with the increased RoF.

well this sux cuz im using ur p90 to pp19 mod
i dont really like the sound though
still nice mod luv ur increased rof mods
the one fer g36 failed cuz then the default gun became insanely fast

i wont be using it cuz who know whtll happen wit my other guns, i alredy pwn wit p90 (hax)
