How do I pay taxes on money I make from uh things yeah

I’m unsure on how to do this I resell shoes as well but they are all money transfers or cash not bought at a store so how do I show I bought shoes or something I resold and also I get some money from refunding a large sum lets say but I don’t get paid in crypto its all transfers what should I do? Should I just transfer to btc from the apps or just leave it because its not enough on either app to reach the tax cap which is 20k or 200 transfers. And Zelle I haven't seen have any rules for it. Thanks for the help.

Put into a wallet (Cashapp/Shakepay) and withdraw in small amounts over weeks or every month. Check what your national/provincial/state laws are on minimum amounts for tax declaration and stay under those limits.

Thank you for this I just got a cashapp with random info in it I’m just gonna convert to BTC whenever I get it in but zelle is tricky its hard to see laws and it doesn't tell you if you have to pay tax on it
