    Money Heist refund service

    I placed $3400 order for a PayPal claim refund. He said that it will work 99%. He provided me the label 2 hours before they closed dispute... Then after some time my claim was denied because on tracking link the package was stuck in transit. I called USPS and were told that tracking was not paid for with this shipment that's why it is not showing any updates. Money heist ignored my messages and didn't provide any support after that happened. Overall each reply took one week or longer

    I undertand that refunds fail sometimes but it seems that this person doesn't know what he is doing, he probably bought a $20 SE ebook and calls himself professional refunder. It's like you would call yourself a tax advisor after watching a few youtube videos

    Although what struck me the most was his arrogant attitude and disrespect towards his customers. I've done a lot of refunds and this is the worst expierience by far.

    I spoke to others that used this service and for example one person waited for 2 months for a refund of fee for a failed refund. Other person had his paypal dispute automatically closed because he didn't provide the label in time when they asked for tracking.

    Admins should keep in mind that this person didn't damage his own reputation but the reputation of whole MPGH service section. I encouraged others to open scam reports too

    I come from a poor country this was most of my savings and he caused me massive financial damage as I can't return the items now. I really hope that justice will be served and he won't be able hurt other people

    Here are the screenshot. I'm sorry for using external contact form but this is what he asked me to do. In the part where he talks about "documents" I talked on his group and he said that he will send me documents to reopen - it was just a lie so his other customers (victims) dont loose trust in him. He ignored me afterwards

    Yes I contacted him after seeing the thread you linked @Lily. First I asked if he can do any electronics store shipping to my country and he proposed PayPal claim

    Let me explain the situation.
    I already told @kontakt085 that as it's the Chinese website order he placed so it depends on the courier company who is delivering in china(I have the proof), Also he simply placed the order without asking me about the stores and contacted me after placing the order.
    But I don't want to disappoint him, so as a courtesy, I accepted his order.
    Now we are working on it but the delivery of the return order is pending since it's getting delivered in china.ALL Shipments are either stuck or delayed because of the covid(Not in our control)
    We are still waiting for the shipment to show deliver and finish his order.
    But he is impatient.

    I don't take paypal orders on mpgh that is why i have provided him other options to contact if he is interested.(Won't happen again)

    we have many orders so we are working on them one by one.
    Sometimes refund takes up to a month.
    Be patient, That is all I need.
    You can check multiple vouches on my thread with the successful refunds.I don't have to justify myself if my service is legit or not.

    You can see under this link that I proposed gearvita.com - chinese store and he had nothing against it. He said "Chinese are clever don't underestimate them" so it clearly shows that he acknowledged that it is a chinese store that I try. Yes I placed Banggood order without his confirmation but I clearly said that I will cancel the order if he can't do it.

    "If banggood is not ok please let me know and I will cancel"
    He agreed to gearvita and gearbest and banggood works the exact same way. Afterwards he said that it is okay.

    My dispute was closed on 13.11 because no tracking was provided (he provided it 12.11 in the evening and I was already heading to bed and woke up to claim denied email, I planned to attach the label in the morning). He called PayPal to reopen the dispute on 22.12. It took him 39 days to call PayPal. In the meantime he was asking me to email polish customer service which is terrible (they didn't accept phone calls) I was begging him to call and it took that long.

    Let's take a look at his thread's title

    Very fast indeed, this title should be edited as soon as possible because it is clearly missleading

    The return shipment last status is in transit in Tokyo on 23.11.2020. I called USPS for him (as I knew it would take him 30-40 days) and were told that tracking was not paid for with this shipment!!! I can call USPS again and record that if admin requires
    !!!
    So you see - he has no idea what he is doing, complete lack of professionalism. Refund failed not because it was unlucky but because of his mistake. Yet he won't apologize and carry on lying instead
    !!!

    Here are 2 blatant lies

    According to him "ALL" carrier shipments to China are delayed or pending which is not possible. Try googling and you won't find such information. It would break supply chains and chinese economy would stop working. I organized train shipment from China to europe during the peak of covid-19 and my shipment was delayed just 1 week because of lack of containers. Overall train shipping took around 35 days. Anyone who has a clue about transport can clearly see that this is not possible that "ALL" carrier shipments to China are delayed for months

    So he explains that he used external contact because we did PayPal which is not mentioned on his MPGH thread. But as you can see in the link I previously provided: https://imgur.com/a/dE4FoxT
    First message he sent me on IM after I added him was his ******** name, he didn't know that I want to do a PayPal refund

    He lies to his customers and MPGH admin the same way he lies to store reps, as you can see he is very bad at both.

    To sum up, I opened this thread not because my refund was failed (happened to me before) but because of this person's attitude. He will continue lying and won't even say sorry, he will call after 39 days and make it look like it's your fault. This is just the worst type of person you can encounter in your life, narcissistic, childish, lazy and irresponsible and I recommend everyone if you notice similar traits in your colleagues or business partners you should cut ties with them as soon as possible.

    @kontakt085 @Money heist Both of you can work out a refund option or a better alternative. Seems like the refund has failed and the delivery is not going through. Can you get the tracking/delivery issue figured out ? @Money heist any way for this refund to go through or make it work ? Reading the report it seems like there are inconsistences with your service judging from the buyers perspective.

    I messeged you but will probably receive no reply as usually, as always he is trying to delay hoping that I will forget about it. It's the worst think you can do, if refund failed because of your mistake then apologize and admit it. There is nothing to be fixed as no tracking updates will come. I see so 5 minutes of reading is too hard for you

    I didn't pay him anything, yes he ghosted me, he took 39 days to call PayPal. Now he said on 06.01 that he will provide documents from USPS, 14 days passed and I haven't received anything. If he failed he should just admit it and apologize instead he keeps bullshitting me and wasting my time, the worst type of person

    @Xasta Yes he told me the exact same thing in early December. If he is not well then he should put his service on hold untill he gets better. I recommend you finding another refunder as soon as possible he will only waste your time
