    Angry Seller Noxey refuses to replace my Netflix Account with warranty of 2 years

    As mentioned:

    -This seller "Noxey" https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1449650 refuses to replace my Netflix account asking me to wait "15-minutes" "20 minutes" before going offline.

    -I have waited for 11 days and he still refuses or deliberately delay to replace my account with warranty indefinitely.

    -This was the same exact seller that told me to place the order via Paypal friends and family and not invoice and complained to me when I sent invoice instead.

    -As a seller who proimises 2 year warrantly which is "like lifetime" (those were his exact words) he should replace this account as soon as buyer do not have access to it as promised and not wait for 11+ days even after buyer messaged him. He is supposed to provide customer service ASAP and not expect the buyer to keep coming back to him "15 min or 20 min later" which never happened.

    -Reason why buyer pays via invoice is because of things like this, when seller scams you, buyer can still get the money back.

    Note to Admin
    I told the buyer I will give him until the end of today to replace my Netflix account, so if he does not get back to me within 16 hours, I would like to go ahead with the complaint.

    Also, I would like the seller to compensate me for these 12 days (today included) for lost access to Netflix because of his refusal to replace my account. I loose 11 days out of my 2 years so I want to be compensated.

    He messaged me after 11 days, his claim that he is having 11 days less is not true because I am not counting days if it's not replaced.
    So he's the one that didn't wanted to be replaced as seen on the picture.

    That's true, he is complaining because he paid $5.5 dollars for 2 years? Right? and waiting 15 minutes, okay.

    He didn't waited a bit and he made report instead.
    As seen on picture he posted, so that's not true that I ever gone offline after saying to ask me in 15 minutes.
    I replaced account after a bit, probably because it's late, but it's him offline, not me.

    Also it's great to mention that paypal picture you posted isn't my PayPal or my name on it, feel free to chargeback your payment as my PayPal is limited due probably you breaking my TOS and writing a note while I been saying no notes in payment terms but I been nice and didn't wanted to cause you any trouble.

    Sometimes I am busy or it's too late and if people can't wait a bit of time for account or replacement they should not buy from me.

    Oh and btw just a note to the all normal people: Nobody ever refused anything, I literally said to message me in a 15 minutes and he opened a scam report, for apparently payment made in July of 2019 for $5.5 USD. With some crazy and dramatic writing in this report, without even screenshoting right payment, so either he's really high or braindead. or both? have a really nice day.

    I gave him 4 accounts just because I like him, why not. oh and of course, a few friendly advices, he can post a screenshot if he wishes, I think I didn't said a bad word like in a 1-2 years but today is the day because I am just tired of people like him. now when someone search Noxey on forum it will pop up Seller noxey is refusing blah blah blah some false shit...

Name calling is not necessary @Noxey As for the replacement since you purchased with warranty has it been replaced @Nosferato4 ?Warranty is still covered until July when that purchased was made in 2019. As for the compensation for those "11" days seller will just need to replace account to resolve the report.

    @Noxey Will be issued a warning for flaming. Next time this happens will be infraction followed by ban. Please keep flaming off the report. Thank you.

    Would you be civil for someone being impatient and making a report for waiting 40 minutes for $5.5 after 1.5 years? I don't think so.
    This is not the first time people are acting like this and I always have to be nice and ignore that they are damaging my reputation with this false titles. If he just have waited that another 20 or 30 minutes he would get account and even another for free because that's what I do for almost every customer, I'm giving them something for free always.
    When someone makes report like this for no reason then I will not be okay with it.

    Post update once the replacement has been sent. The compensation for those days will not be required to resolve the report. @Noxey Every seller will go through issues with buyers. If they make a report it will be dealt with appropriately.

    Would you please read text I replied after his post?
    It says:
    "I replaced account after a bit, probably because it's late, but it's him offline, not me."
    "I gave him 4 accounts just because I like him, why not."
    Even a picture? If you care enough to check it out.

    There is no issues with this buyer, his issue is that he didn't wanted to wait like 20+ minutes? That's not issue, that's rudeness.
    Also how about that he broke payment rules, on which he replied:
    [08/08/2020] Nosferato4: No, notes are a way to protect buyera.
    [08/08/2020] Nosferato4: I wrote notes on my paypal purchase and it protected me fron scams
    [08/08/2020] Noxey: no, MPGH staff are one to protect buyers
    [08/08/2020] Nosferato4: A LOT of times.
    [08/08/2020] Nosferato4: If sellers like u decide ro run away, mgph staff cant get my money back

    (this is the second time he purchased something from me) So I got now issue with him not following my strict payment rules, how can I resolve it?

    And about "compensation", I am just joking around about it, since I never ever made someone warranty shorter for waiting, so his warranty will be extended for any time he waited, that's not even a question but it's just ridiculous how he said it.
