@xHubaBubax I have reviewed this report with the staff and we made our decision. You have 24 hours to refund payment sent to you from the buyer. The reasoning behind this decision is that
A) You recommended buyer to use tele.gram and not wanted to chat on IM. You knowingly knew this and yet still broke the rule. You can blame the other user, but you are more to be at fault for recommending it at first and led the buyer on.
B) You said you never received payments from this user, but yet you received payment for the bitcoin exchange ? So did you or did you not add this user on tele.gram and helped with with a service ? Red flag
C) You deleted him off on IM which raises another red flag as the buyer who purchased your service never “scammed you.” You have yet to show any proof of this and this type of behavior is suspicious.
D) You confirmed in your earlier post that you added the buyer on tele.gram which by confirmation proves you were in direct contact with the buyer. You are solely responsible for the actions that you have done on tele.gram since you led the buyer on your scheme that you had. Tele.gram messages can be edited at anytime so therefore any screenshot you sent could be edited. Apart from that if i recall you were recently unbanned for failing to resolve multiple scam reports. Either way refund @jasonkaz112 or you will be banned for scamming. It is clear as we know what your motive is and playing dumb will not get you anywhere at this point.

I'm not gonna argue anymore. All I want to say that karma will fuck my worker hard one day. He did scam all those people and I am the one who is covering his shit.
Just had convo with @jasonkaz112 and we made compromis that I'll get his money back by Friday. He can confirm that.
It's jus because I don't have any funds right now since I recently covered 2 scam reports already, need just some more time. Thanks.

Seller added me back on tele.gram and proposed a refund solution. He is offering me $250 USD as compensation instead of $205. He is begging me for more time and saying that is the only option and he has no money. I'll let staff decide what to do from here. I really don't want to get scammed and lose $205USD. I would generally cooperate with the seller but he has lied, and faked screenshots, so it’s hard to believe anything he says at this point. Seller wants until Friday, to owe me the full $250.
Staff please let me know what’s best to do here.

Will wait until Friday if needed, seller promises he will have the full amount by then. I hope he isn't going to screw me over.

@jasonkaz112 We will wait until Friday and see if the money will be refunded back to you. Seller does have a history of this behavior in previous scam reports which is not shocking either. Anyways, please post updates on the refund. After report is resolved we will take appropriate action against the seller. You will also be issued a warning for tele.gram.
@xHubaBubax What is there to argue about ? If you have multiple people on your account whatever they do, you will solely be responsible for anything that happens. Even if it includes "worker being on your account and you covering for him." You or the "worker" got caught at the end of the day and playing dumb did not get you anywhere. If you keep this behavior up you will be barred from the marketplace permanently. If you are sharing account with someone I suggest they make a account of their own so you don't get roped into this problem.

@xHubaBubax The issue is that we do not know "who" is on your account therefore anything that happens on the account the owner is responsible for it regardless if it was a friend or business partner posting on your behalf. Just be careful next time of your business practice. You will be infracted for posting tele.gram on IM chat. The other party was also infracted as well so you're not the only one. These infractions can only be seen by staff so It will not affect your reputation at all. 3 Infractions = a temp ban and the infractions have an expiration date so they don't stack once expired. In terms of punishment this is the only one we will issue as of now. You will have Friday as agreed to handle the refund. Any questions please feel free to post on here or pm.

Seller should be grateful that I gave him this much time, after he quite literally scammed me, and totally pretended that he didn't know what was going on. He has until tomorrow to pay me the remaining $159. I won't be happy if he comes up with more excuses like he always does. Regardless he is not getting more time from me.
