I don't know, it's been awhile.. Last time I checked was about 3-4 months ago, but I am assuming I'm about 43-44 kg or something.

So, I went to check my weight. I'm 5'7/5'8 and I'm 48.5kg (I was surprised by the weight gain)
Edit: I used to be around 32kg for a very long time, most periods of my teen/teen-adult life, then I was "stuck" on that 42kg for quite some years, now I'm 48,5kg, and I am so fucking happy.

I weight 203 pounds but I�m also 6�4 I feel like You�re height and weight should correlate (bmi)
I am currently 162. I've been trying to gain weight but my metabolism doesn't allow me. It's a blessing and a curse low key. I can eat whatever I want and my body doesn't change but at the same time I've been hitting the gym and I want to gain more muscle but its too hard.
5"9 was just a fatass at 230 lbs .. dropped to 175 .. now im becoming a fatass agian at 195 .. about to go on a diet and workout again and cut back to 170
quick update: I'm now 50.9kg

bro you should consider plant based diet, when i was ending my bulk i was at 159lbs, and then i switched to plant-based diet eating literally how much i ever wanted, and i still dropped to 140lbs in 2 months
usually it was this through the day: 2 oatmeals, 3 salads, 2 burritos, and 1 packet ramen (about every other night) and pbj sandwich snacks like 2x a day
big tip on salads though, dressings are the most detrimental part, very high in fat but arguably its "healthy" fat, just keep that in mind though
this was all from the college caf so it was
oatmeal: brown sugar, craisins, chopped almonds, and chocolate droppings
or: plain oatmeal with mixed berries from the freezer
salads: boiled eggs, baked chicken, lil tomatoes, cheese, sometimes bacon, then a small amount of ranch, sometimes vinaigrette
burritoes: scrambled eggs, hashbrown, and ketchup occasionally
packet ramen: added tom tom sauce, sriracha, and peanut butter
all of this food weekly was less than $20/wk and i was literally eating to full at all times, i tracked macros but it was just to keep my fat contents low and making sure im not eating too many dressings
