time: spore to harvest is more like 3 months, (2 if the mycelium grows fast)
cost: non-reusable materials is about $15/oz and each oz sells for $160+ (bedding, spores, water, food)
space: >3oz for every 1.5sqft on average

for cannabis:
according to this 2020 report

$396/lb to produce dried cannabis in an indoor/warehouse
$100/lb to produce dried cannabis outdoors (cheapest method but most uncommon)

(lets assume you get the smallest yield possible [2oz] per 1.5sqft indoors, and you mess up a couple times so you spend $20 [instead of $15] for non-reusable materials, lets say you have expensive drying, lets throw in $10 for whatever reason)
that's still $330/lb of WET product, shrooms lose about ~90% weight when dried. so thats

$33/lb to produce dried psylocybin cubensis in an indoor/warehouse

sorry i messed up some calculations, i updated the cost for weed to be correct now, and yeah psylocybin is alot different so it should take longer than grocery mushrooms, and idk how much yield you can get on cannabis but shrooms are alot less needy
