@rannyxdiz You purchased from his website ? Did you buy directly from the forum? If the purchase was made offsite then there is nothing we can do. Approvex is currently marketplace banned therefore he is not allowed to sell his services until his ban is over. It looks like you purchased directly from his website.

@rannyxdiz You purchased his services offsite from MPGH and on his own website. If you purchased his services directly from MPGH we could do something about it, but because this was done on his website we have no control over that. Even though he is marketplace banned on the forum does not mean he is not allowed to do business away from the forum. You can try sending him a message or leave a visitor message on his page to see if he will respond back to you. By any chance did the two of you talk on here using IM at all ? Can you please post screenshot chat of IM logs.

For anyone else who purchased services from Approvex on his own website please contact him privately if you have any issues. Create a scam report only if you purchased from him directly on the forum.
