Who wants to be part of a tech startup?

Over the past few months I've been working on the business plans for a two startups and I've gotten to a point where they need to be built out. What I'm looking for is people with good Node/React/GIT/agile/testing backgrounds who have had built projects before and have good problem solving skills. I'm only looking for long time members who have built repute on the forums and/or have made releases that shown technical ability. Payout will be in form of a percentage of the company, directly relative to what you contribute. I don't intend to get VC funding, but in the case that most of the team wants to go down that road we can find small seed funding. If planned and executed well we can be profitable within two months and at that point everyone will start being paid (goal is to build a MVP). This is for people with technical ability and who have plenty of time due to corona. We will be on voice calls talking about features and functionality, planning things out and getting things done. You will be expected to deliver code and spend time on this. If you can't find the time to work on this expect to coast to the end, think again.

Once the projects start making money we will look to hire non-technical people who want to be social and do some of the more manual work.
