Add More Staff to Support Requests

I'm really not sure why there aren't more staff monitoring requests like name change, title, etc.

I've been waiting four days for a name change. I have patience, but in my eyes this should be improved.

Yup I'm still waiting patiently, I def appreciate the staff - just interesting there's only one staff member managing that.

The ability to do certain things likely requires access to sensitive info and sensitive systems that you can't just hand out like minion permissions.

Only administrators can make those changes.
Dave and arun won't ever do those requests so you can count them out. Flengo is busy with working on the forum upgrade stuff.
Liz is busy with work irl so I'd say give it 7 days and if your request hasn't been handled, I'll ask Flengo to look at it.
Also just be glad you can request for a name/title change. Before Liz setup the system, you had to beg Dave/arun and there's a good chance it would go ignored.

Okay, I appreciate you taking the time to inform me on what's going on. That would be excellent if want to ask Flengo after 7 days.

Of course not, just thought there would be another staff member to take care of it, but almost everyone is busy and I can respect that.
