Can any admin tell me why my threads always get rejected

Hello , i am trying make a thread to advertise my market for selling Live cams accounts , first i was told by an admin that i need to make a Giveaway first , which i've done , but when i tried second time the admin won't accept it , i don't post any disc0rd or anything that could break the rules , what's the matter ?

When a thread is deleted it's given a deletion reason. It's not deleted with no description.

What was the reason the second thread was deleted? Find that out and resolve it.. Then resumbit.

@blackrooster1 I reviewed your deleted threads and there are issues that needs to be addressed. You submitted your thread for stream live accounts which you need to create a service giveaway for. Your giveaway that you finished was for spotify which is different from what you were offering initially. Please create a service giveaway for the stream lives account and resubmit thread for approval. Any issues please contact marketplace staff.
