For someone like me who doesn't invest in CC or stock markets this is hilarious. Redditors and r/wsb are praising Musk like he is some sort of god.

Is bitcoin supposed to be our money or make us money? It would be difficult to do both; I wouldn’t want to accept BTC as payment if it can lose or gain 10% value in a day. How can you can pay employees at end of week? All cryptos are commodities subject to manipulation and that goes to show that will never be global currencies.

Yet this part of the internet accepts BTC globally as payment for goods and services, even though its value is really not controllable. But we know what you mean. I mean this got probably some pros like as long you didn't get busted by some federal operation no one really knows how you have earned the money or for what you sent those digital bits to someone else. Con really is the non-stable value of it. This caused some Skin Shops to lose "some" money because they accepted BTC while the boom was going on. And that's simple math:

BTC Value higher -> less BTC to pay
BTC Value drops -> those less BTC you paid are even less now

But probably some, in this example, skin shops even did profit because they did accept BTC before it did rise to 20k/30k/40k.
