@tonimarket It is a safe way for beginners to invest into crypto currency. I do not think it will pop off like bitcoin anytime soon, but it is good to have it there. Maybe one day it will reach a higher value.. but for now it will not. It was originally created for the sole purpose of risk free trade and lower fees.
I personally would not but that's just me.
i would not recommend dogecoin, its a meme coin after all. If you are new you should stick to BTC/ETH
Only those who are big and volume should be preferred
What @Lily has said is incorrect. It is NOT a good or space place to begin in cryptocurrency.
For god sakes its called DOGEcoin. It was made as a joke. Elon musk twitted random shit about Doge multiple times which caused its price to go up. There is no max supply for doge either. One person owns 28% of all the dogecoin in existence.
If you are looking for the future, look at (this is my opinion):
- Bitcoin: Only good because it was first to market. Other than that, its shit, but you have to allocate some amount of your portfolio to BTC,
- Ethereum: So many projects are built on ethereum. Giving it so much value.
- Pokadot: mainly good for staking
- Uniswap: a big competitor to binance and binance coin. I think it will perform like binance coin
- Filecoin: a cool concept which replaces centralized webhosting. Might give some value to consumers somewhere, hence increasing price.
- Crypto.com: lets u actually buy things irl easily
Remember: Crypto is trash, most people are here to make money, not change the world.

@Allura In no way am I advocating the user to invest into dogecoin as he already purchased 300 coins/$15ish dollars. We are not here to provide investment advice rather just opinions from what we think. In the end it is up to the user to decide. As for dogecoin you're right about it. The market is highly volatile and it is not stable as other cryptocurrencies which has a way better chance of growing and seeing a potential in growth and return. Dogecoin will never reach that above a dime in todays crypto society and it probably will not in the next lifelong years. Who knows ? Maybe it might go over a dime and maybe it will not. Some positive remarks about dogecoin which can be said for any other crypto would be lower fees and faster confirmation times. Yes we know what everyone will say. Why not use the $15 to invest into other coins like btc or eth. Some people do it for the thrill, invest couple dollars worth or ten dollars worth and watch the graph and discuss the movements and why it increased or decreased. It does provide some educational teachings of economics and supply and demand in a low cost setting. But the user should look into other cryptocurrencies to use whether it is long term or short term. Maybe in the next hundred years dogecoin might be worth above a dime.
Dogecoin is a joke coin. Do not invest.
Bitcoin is a stable asset most similar to gold in a digital world (fixed assets, no inflation).
Ethereum will likely become our monetary currency in a digital world (flexible assets, inflation).
Inflation is necessary to keep a growing economy going.
BRING BACK BT, BRING BACK SAGA, BRING BACK VF, BRING BACK MPGHCRAFT, BRING BACK HABAMON
absolute worst crypto to "invest" in. tbh I wouldn't suggest investing in any crypto, it's value currently is entirely based on others investing in it and it has practically 0 real world use outside of trading (which is obvious if you think about it for any amount of time). that being said, do your own research and see if it's worth your time, don't rely entirely on what other people say.
One person who owns 28% dumps his coins think what will happen next. price gonna crash.
i would says its overpriced by a lot
good price to get in was below 0.01cents
Just my opinion
Always use crypto on own risk its a gamble
Dogecoin is just a meme coin. Pump and dump kind of stuff. imo i wouldnt hold long term.
Multiple NFL players have been tweeting about Doge today. I think celebrities can pump this up to around $1, but I don't see it growing past that. I got in before it was a full $.02, with about $2500 just for shits.
I wouldn't recommend putting money you cant afford to lose towards it though.
reality is no one knows. do your own research and make your own opinion. I have no doge but let's just stop with the bullshit, everyone here saying it's a shit investment 4 weeks ago, and it went x6 since then. People don't understand that no use case means shitcoin and no one should ever invest in this. I disagree, except if you're holding for 5+ years (then you could go with safer coins like chainlink, vechain, eth..) , because nowadays the value of a coin is representative of its marketing value (see musk and the top 5 coins in market cap with 1 meme and 2 centralized coins).
The only question you should ask yourself is : are people going to keep buying this coin? if so, go ahead. if not, don't.
