Ebay is a friggin joke
I message a seller about an item i haven't received after a month and a half later and guess what, my account got suspended and they cancelled my case saying that i will not get a refund.
They say i violated ebay's terms and they will not even bother to check.
What do you guys think i should do ? have i been ruined ? when i go to the sellers profile it just says this seller's account is no longer registered on ebay
I literally sent a message to the seller, that's all i did
never refunded anything before or shady stuff. straight up abused

yea, they suck.
Have you tried calling them? well i know this doesn't guarantee anything, but calling can help.
Also, how did you pay? did you pay thru paypal? or via bank/card? make a dispute there instead. You have 180 days to dispute the transaction.

you should probably try to call them, if you can't get anything from calling just fill up a dispute with your bank

I heard someone managed to get their case looked at by calling ebay constantly multiple times asking them to look at it again because he didn't violate their terms, he said after 1 week or so they responded in his favour. he was a seller though in the opposite position. Ebay treats us sellers like shit all the time tbh I hate them so much.
